Michael Feuerstack is heading to the US Midwest tomorrow to tape a session with the good folks at Daytrotter and to play some shows with the excellent J.E. Sunde (Daredevil Christopher Wright) & Maritime before heading up to Canada where he’ll join his band (Pietro Amato, Jeremy Gara, and Tim Crabtree) for festivals and Alberta/BC release shows.

Heavy praise for Michael’s third album, The Forgettable Truth, keeps coming in with Americana UK penning him “one of the Canadian scene’s most revered songwriters” and Fatea calling the record “an album written for the enjoyment of writing, rather than to find a preconception that’s expected of you.” We’re nearly through the first pressing of the LP so if you don’t have one, go see him on tour. Otherwise, the second run will be in stock mid-Summer.
