We’re quite pleased to be re-releasing our debut album back into the world. It’s been almost two years since we’ve been sold out of the original and we didn’t like the idea of something we’re proud of being unavailable. This “special revised edition” comes remixed with more banjo and drums, remastered, and including a bonus track from the 2006 sessions.

To promote the release we’re doing some select dates around Atlantic Canada. It’s been a while since we’ve played our hometown and we’re absolutely chuffed to be performing in Gallery Connexion’s new space with our good friends & amazing musicians Isaac & Blewett. We’re also going to be performing on Grand Manan Island & Cafe Aberdeen in Moncton for the first time, as well as returning to the intimate Company House in Halifax.

Rock n’ Roll tour-de-force Sleepless Nights are finished the 3rd and final chapter in their complimentary digital EP series. The epic 13-minute Communication Barrier is a pet-project the band has been working on for several years, originating in the era when the band was a seven-person ensemble. The one-song EP has materialized into a psychadelic dance track reminiscent of Rick White, Destroyer and LCD Soundsystem and is a step in a different direction from the Sleepless Nights’ typical blistering guitar riffs, captivating hooks and sing-a-long melodies.

Download it complimentary in the catalogue section and check out the tour dates through Eastern Canada.
